The Last Phase Of GATE

As we all know that GATE exam is nearing its date in February and it is a very important exam for all of us. Everyone has some dreams associated with the exam. Some of us want to get into PSUs and someof us want do masters at reputed colleges. But it is equally important to analyse this Last phase of Preparation for GATE. This last phase is filled with anxiety and we don't want to make it less productive. So here are some tips for the Last Phase for preparation.
1.) Practice Weekly Questions
Weekly Questions on our site will help get a firm grip on the concepts and give you a feel of the GATE exams. While solving the questions if you donot remeber the steps to solve the paper then try to remember the concepts.
2.) Don't start with new topics
Starting with a new topic will ultimately lead you to anxiety and then you will be forgetting what you have learnt and practised in the past. So it's better to practice topics you have a strong foothold on.
3.) Beware of logical Mistakes
Many of us know the concepts clearly and are able to solve the problems very fast and still we are not able to score good because of some logical mistakes. Like taking angles in degrees rather than taking it in radian for a particular problem and we end up getting the wrong output. Also note that students end up doing wrong conversion of units which will give you a wrong output. So beware of these mistakes as they will be snatching away all the easy marks that you can get.
4.) Revise
Revision of all kind of formulas that you have come across for the preparation will be of great help to you. Sometimes students are not able to attempt a question because they donot remember the formulas.
5.)Stay Relaxed
Every student must stay calm During this last phase of preparation and get a good sleep. Proper sleep will help you stay energetic, fresh. Moreover you will be able to concentrate properly on the preparation and you will also score more in the GATE exam
